Four individual agents one sales team with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty have placed at or near the top in Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation quarterly rankings for residential affiliates. The latest rankings were for 3rd Quarter 2011.
Those from the Bullard organization placing in the Top 10 in state of Georgia rankings were as follows:
Listing Units (Individual) – Michelle Munda, Jonesboro/Clayton County office, No. 1; Cynthia Brown, Jonesboro/Clayton County office, No. 3; Sheri Sears, McDonough/Henry County office, No. 8. Sears was formerly an agent with Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers, which is part of the Bullard organization.
Total Units (Individual) – Cynthia Brown, Jonesboro/Clayton County office, No. 5; Michelle Munda, Jonesboro/Clayton County office, No. 7.
Selling Units (Individual) – Brian O’Neal, McDonough/Henry County office, No. 6.
Adjusted Gross Commission Income (Team) – The Penny Henderson Team, headed by Penny Henderson, Jonesboro/Clayton County office, No. 7.Coldwell Banker Bullard (http://cbbullard.com) has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The organization now has offices in McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, Newnan, and Zebulon, and a separate but affiliated company, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart with offices in Conyers and McDonough.
The Coldwell Banker Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation in early 1998 and is the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia. Steve Bullard is the current owner and president.
