Jan Sprayberry has been named October Individual Agent Leader for the McDonough office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Active in real estate for over 25 years, and a Top Producer with Coldwell Banker Bullard since 1989, Sprayberry has been the recipient of numerous awards including Active Life Member of the Multi Million Dollar Club for the Metro South Association of Realtors. In 1999 she received Coldwell Bankers International Presidents Circle Award. A Henry County resident since 1974 and an active member of First Baptist Church of Jonesboro, Sprayberry is the grandmother of 11 and great grandmother of 2.
Bobbie Roper was No. 2 and Rebekah Stephens was No.3.
Michelle Munda was named October, 2010 Individual Agent Leader for the Jonesboro/Clayton County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. This is the eighth time in 2010 she has been awarded this honor. In 2007 her honors included No. 1 Individual Producer for both the company and her office and membership in the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite and the Million Dollar Club. She maintained those honors in 2008 and additionally was awarded Top Ten Sales Associates in the Coldwell Banker Southern region. In 2009 she was among the top 20 in sales for Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.
Donald Sims was the Jonesboro office’s No. 2 producer during the month, and Patricia Ramsey was No. 3.

Ann Bell
Ann Bell has been named October Individual Agent Leader for the Coldwell Banker American Land Mart office. This is the fifth time in 2010 she has been awarded this honor. Bell has over 20 years experience in the Real Estate Business. An Associate Broker, and a graduate of the REALTORS Institute (GRI), she also holds the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. One of only four REALTORS in Rockdale County she holds the CRB (Certified Residential Broker) designation. She is also a member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI), and is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). In addition, she was named Humanitarian of the Year by Rockdale County Board of Realtors for 1999.

David Graetz has been named October Individual Agent Leader of the Month for the Newnan Office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. This is the second time he has received this honor in 2010. A graduate of Trinity Bible College and a 20 year veteran of the Transportation and Construction Finance Industry, Graetz obtained his Georgia real estate license in 2002. Since that time his awards have included, 2003 Top Transaction Producer, 2004 Agent of the Year, 2005 Top Production Agent, 2006 Sales Production Gold Level, and Life Member Million Dollar Club. A resident of Newnan since 1989, he is married with three daughters. When not busy with his real estate career, Graetz enjoys fishing and camping.

Marie Nicholson has been named October Individual Agent Leader for the Pike County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. This is the third time in 2010 that she has received this honor. Nicholson obtained her pre-license training from the Georgia Multiple Listing Service in Morrow in 2003 and is a current member of the Heart of Georgia Board of Realtors. Born and raised in Griffin, she has been a resident of Pike County for 9 years. Married with three children, Nicholson is an avid volunteer in her children’s extra curricular activities.
Lou Ann Harris has been named October Individual Agent Leader for the Coldwell Banker Bullard Office in Butts County. Before entering the field of real estate, Harris worked as a secretary and also a paralegal. Since 1995 she has been a full service realtor. Harris has earned the RePro designation and has completed the Accredited Buyers and Sellers Representation courses. In 2006 and 2007 she was a director with the Metro South Association of Realtors, and she qualified for the Circle of Excellence award. When she is not selling real estate, Harris enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, gardening, reading, and cooking.
Carla Nestor was No 2. and Dennis Kitchens was No. 3.
Dianne Donaghey has been named October Individual Agent Leader for the Peachtree City office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Donaghey obtained her real estate license through Georgia MLS in 1997 and joined the Coldwell Banker Bullard team in 2003. After ten years as a multi million dollar producer, she earned the Phoenix Award from the Fayette County Board of Realtors. Her achievements with Coldwell Banker have also earned her Bronze, Silver and Diamond Society membership. Donaghey relocated from Boston, Massachusetts to Fayetteville, Georgia fifteen years ago. An active member and volunteer with St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church, Donaghey also enjoys golf, travel and cooking. The mother of two daughters, she resides in Fayetteville with her husband of 32 years, Bruce.
