Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty will be hosting the Quadrennial Ethics Course developed by the National Association of Realtors at its Jonesboro office on Wednesday, July 18.

The course, open to all Realtors, meets the NAR ethics requirement. After completion of the course, participants will have a better understanding of due process and code forcemeat, as well as how to handle complaints. Several case studies in ethics are part of the course.

The class, which will begin at 9 a.m., will be instructed by Howell Haunson, a partner with Morris/Hardwick/Schneider, who is director of education for the firm, who also serves as executive vice president of LandCastle Title.

Licensed real estate agents will only have to pay $10 for the course, which is normally priced at $25. Those interested in attending should contact Kelly Matthews at kmatthews@cbbullard.com. Reservations are required, since seating will be limited.

3. Patrick R. Cleburne Confederate Cemetery

Cleburne Confederate Cemetery is the main burial site for all of the Confederate soldiers who died during the Battle of Jonesboro in 1864. You can take your own personal walk through the cemetery considering that it is open from dusk to dawn and you will rows and rows of headstones. In the cemetery there are 712 headstones and they are all built to be in the shape of the Confederate flag. 4. Clayton County International Park
