Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty will be hosting the Quadrennial Ethics Course developed by the National Association of Realtors at its Jonesboro office on Wednesday, July 18.

The course, open to all Realtors, meets the NAR ethics requirement. After completion of the course, participants will have a better understanding of due process and code forcemeat, as well as how to handle complaints. Several case studies in ethics are part of the course.

The class, which will begin at 9 a.m., will be instructed by Howell Haunson, a partner with Morris/Hardwick/Schneider, who is director of education for the firm, who also serves as executive vice president of LandCastle Title.

Licensed real estate agents will only have to pay $10 for the course, which is normally priced at $25. Those interested in attending should contact Kelly Matthews at kmatthews@cbbullard.com. Reservations are required, since seating will be limited.

Jonesboro top producing agents

Michelle Munda was recognized recently as the 2010 Top Producing Agent for Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Jonesboro/Clayton County office. Shonda Sims was the office’s No. 2 producer for the year, while Clegg West was No. 3.

The recognition came at the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization’s annual awards event. Munda was also announced as the No. 3 producer companywide for 2010.

Two agents from Bullard’s Jonesboro office also received recognition at the Metro South Association of Realtors’ annual awards event for their performances in 2010, said Jerry Nesbitt, the current broker for the office. Cynthia Brown, who had $4 million in sales during the year, and Munda, who had $3 million in sales, were named to the association’s Circle of Excellence.

Additionally, one other Realtor from the office, Sims, was a million dollar producer for the past year.

The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard (http://cbbullard.com) has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The organization now has offices in McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, Newnan and Zebulon, and a separate but affiliated company, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers. The Coldwell Banker Bullard organization was founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard. The current owner and president is Steve Bullard.

Brian O'Neal

Brian O’Neal has been recognized as August Individual Agent Leader for the McDonough office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. This is the third time in 2010 he received this honor. For 12 years prior to starting his real estate career, O’Neal was a U.A.W. representative for the Ford Motor Company. In 2007, O’Neal joined Coldwell Banker Bullard after completing his pre-license training at Georgia MLS. He qualified for Million Dollar Club in 2007, 2008 and 2009. In 2008 the Metro South Association of Realtors awarded him runner up agent Rookie of the Year. O’Neal lives in Hampton with his wife and daughter.

Tammi Lamb was No.2 and Duane Lockwood was No. 3. in office ranking.

For our Newnan / Coweta Office:

Steven Dickens

Steven Dickens has been named Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s August, 2010, Agent Leader for its Newnan/Coweta office. This is the fifth time he has achieved this status in 2010. Dickens kicked off his real estate career with Bullard nearly eight years ago, transferring to the Newnan office early in 2006 from the Jonesboro office. He is a specialist in assisting private owners in buying and selling personal and investment properties, as well as serving many nationwide corporate clients in marketing their foreclosure properties. Before entering real estate, he had a successful 15-year career in corporate management with Edison Bros. Stores, Inc., Circuit City and Gateway Computers.
An Active Life Member of the Metro South Association of Realtors’ Circle of Excellence, he was a top-selling agent for the Jonesboro office in 2005, being No. 1 in sales volume and No. 3 in generating income. He received Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation International Sterling Society membership in 2004 and International Diamond Society membership in 2005. In 2006, he was in the top 2 percent of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide, gained membership in the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite and was the year’s top individual producer both companywide and for the Newnan/Coweta office. In 2007, 2008 and 2009 he again achieved International President’s Elite status.

David Graetz was the No. 2 individual producer and Cheryl Reed ranked No. 3.

For our Peachtree City Office:

Jim Qualls

Jim Qualls has been named August Individual Agent Leader for the Peachtree City office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. A graduate of the Gaddy School of Real Estate, Qualls has been a full time realtor since December, 2004 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and Fayette County Board of Realtors. As both a buyer and seller representative, Qualls specializes in commercial property, homes, land and farms. He has been awarded the Circle of Achievement by the Fayette Board of Realtors. An avid bicyclist, Qualls resides in Peachtree city with his wife, Janna.

Donna Lasseter was No. 2 and Leslie McClelland was No. 3 Agent Leader for the month.

For our Jonesboro Office:

Clegg West has been named August Individual Agent Leader for the Jonesboro office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. For over 18 years West has been a licensed realtor specializing in resales, first time home buyers, and foreclosed properties in both Clayton and Henry County. She has been with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty for 12 years and headed up their REO department for 6 years. West is married with two children and four grandchildren. When not selling real estate or teaching Sunday school at Jonesboro Baptist Church, she enjoys traveling and bowling.

Patricia Winston ranked No.2 and Shonda Sims ranked No. 3.

For Coldwell Banker American Land Mart:

Betty Denio

Betty Denio has been named August Individual Agent Leader for Coldwell Banker American Land Mart. Denio celebrates over 35 years in the real estate profession, having held positions as a Realtor, Associate Broker and co-owner of two real estate companies. She has served the Rockdale Board of Realtors in numerous capacities such as a member of the board of directors, Chairperson or RPAC, Caravan and Awards Committee. Her service to that organization also included liaison with the Rockdale Home Builders Association. The Rockdale Board of Realtors awarded her their Top Producer, Silver Phoenix, Gold Phoenix and Citizenship designations. For 13 years Communities Magazine honored Betty as one of their top 100 sales volume producers in the Atlanta Metro Area.

Ann Bell was No. 2 and Scarlet Torok was No. 3 for the month.
