Donna Lasseter was recognized recently as the 2011 Top Producing Agent for Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Peachtree City/Fayette County office. Dianne Maney was the office’s No. 2 individual producer for the year, while Jim Qualls was No. 3.

The recognition came at the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization’s annual awards event. Lasseter was also announced as the No. 4 producer companywide for 2011.

Jim Fulton, managing broker for the office, said several agents from Bullard’s Peachtree City/Fayette location also received recognition at the Fayette County Board of Realtors’ Annual Awards Luncheon for their performances in 2011.

Circle of Achievement Members honored for achieving two million or more in total sales volume included Dianne Maney, Active Phoenix; ; Donna Lasseter, Active Life; and Jim Qualls, Life Member. Janis Kraft, an Active Life member, and Doris Wagner, who was awarded her Phoenix this year, achieved the million dollar level in sales for 2011.

BULLARD AGENTS NAMED TO COLDWELL BANKER
INTERNATIONAL STERLING SOCIETY FOR 2010

Eleven sales associates/representatives with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty have been honored as members of the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society. This distinguished membership was awarded to the top 20 percent of all sales associates/representatives in the Coldwell Banker system.

Those honored from the Bullard organization for their 2010 production include Dave Graetz from the Newnan/Coweta County office; Ray McMahon, Clegg West, Shonda Sims, Patricia Ramsey and Sabrina McGee from the Jonesboro/Clayton County office; Marguree Threatt and Donna Lasseter from the Peachtree City/Fayette County office; and Debra Morgan, Phil Wagner and Kim Adair from the McDonough/Henry County office.
