REAL ESTATE PRE-LICENSE COURSE SET THIS MONTH
Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Advantage School of Real Estate will present a Salesperson Pre-License Course starting Friday, April 27.The 75-hour course will meet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. There will be a total of 13 sessions. Classes will be at Coldwell Banker Bullard’s Peachtree City office at 201 Prime Pt.
Instructor will be Wade Gaddy, a certified appraiser and the founder of the Atlanta Institute of Real Estate. Gaddy, who has been associated with real estate education for over 30 years, is the author of several of several real estate texts, including “Real Estate Fundamentals”, and has served on the continuing education faculties of four Georgia universities.

To quality for a real estate license in the state of Georgia, one must be a resident of the state, unless seeking a non-resident license; be at least 18 years of age; be a high school graduate or have a certificate of equivalency; complete the 75-hour Salesperson Pre-License Course; and pass a state real estate examination.

The Coldwell Banker Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation in early 1998 and is the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia.
