Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty has once again been included in RISMedia’s annual Power Broker Report. The Metro South-based company ranked 184th among 1,200 responding companies in the 22nd annual Power Broker Report, published in 2010, which identifies and ranks America’s largest residential real estate brokerage companies by transaction sides and sales volume.

The Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation in early 1998 and is the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia. Current owner and president is Steve Bullard.
