The Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization has announced its list of TOP 20 producing agents for 2010. Award recipients were recognized at a special event held earlier this year.
Top 20 agents from Bullard Realty offices included Shonda Sims and Michelle Munda, Jonesboro/Clayton County office; David Graetz and Steven Dickens, Newnan/Coweta County office; Kim Adair, Robin Harrell, Duane Lockwood, Brian O-Neal and Tammi Lamb, McDonough/Henry County office; and Janis Kraft, Diane Donaghey, Stephan Curcio, Deborah Lowe, James Qualls, Diane Maney and Donna Lasseter, Peachetree City/Fayette County office. Agents on the list from Coldwell Banker American Land Mart, who work out of the Conyers and McDonough offices, were Kenya Robinson-Simmons, Sheri Sears, Betty Denio and Ann Bell.
Coldwell Banker Bullard (http://cbbullard.com) has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The organization now has offices in McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, Newnan, and Zebulon, and a separate but affiliated company, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart.
The Coldwell Banker Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation in early 1998 and is the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia. The current owner and president of the Bullard organization is Steve Bullard.
