Michelle Munda
Michelle Munda was named September, 2010 Individual Agent Leader for the Jonesboro/Clayton County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. This is the seventh time in 2010 she has been awarded this honor. Munda, who received her real estate training through MLS Sales Associate Training and who affiliated with Coldwell Banker Bullard in fall of 2001, is a resident of Griffin.
Donald Sims was the Jonesboro office’s No. 2 producer during the month, and Ray McMahon was No. 3.

Ann Bell
Ann Bell has been named September Individual Agent Leader for the Coldwell Banker American Land Mart office. This is the forth time in 2010 she has been awarded this honor. Bell has over 20 years experience in the Real Estate Business. An Associate Broker, and a graduate of the REALTORS Institute (GRI), she also holds the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. One of only four REALTORS in Rockdale County she holds the CRB (Certified Residential Broker) designation. She is also a member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI), and is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). In addition, she was named Humanitarian of the Year by Rockdale County Board of Realtors for 1999.
Kenya Robinson was No. 2, and Scarlet Torok was No. 3

Steven Dickens
Steven Dickens has been named Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s September, 2010, Agent Leader for its Newnan/Coweta office. This is the sixth time he has achieved this status in 2010. Dickens kicked off his real estate career with Bullard nearly eight years ago, transferring to the Newnan office early in 2006 from the Jonesboro office. He is a specialist in assisting private owners in buying and selling personal and investment properties, as well as serving many nationwide corporate clients in marketing their foreclosure properties. Before entering real estate, he had a successful 15-year career in corporate management with Edison Bros. Stores, Inc., Circuit City and Gateway Computers.
Marian Hyson and Linda Scott were No.2.

Donna Lasseter
Donna Lasseter has been named September Agent Leader of the Month for Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Peachtree City/Fayette County office. She was also named Agent Leader Companywide for the month. While living in California Lasseter spent 3 years in residential real estate and 17 years leasing and selling commercial office buildings. After moving to Georgia in 1994, she owned and operated Duxiana, a high end Swedish Bed Company. In 2002 Lasseter moved to Peachtree City and 4 years later joined Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.
Fayette County Board of Realtors included her in their Circle of Achievement in 2006, 2007, and 2008. Also in 2008 Lasseter was in the top 8% of all Coldwell Banker agents nationwide. She currently resides in Planterra Ridge Subdivision and is a member of the Flat Creek Women’s Golf Association.
Diane Maney was No. 2 and Janis Kraft was No. 3.

Lynne Thacker
Lynne Thacker has been named September Individual Agent Leader for the Jackson office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Prior to entering real estate Thacker had a successful career in mainframe computer sales. In 2007 she attended Griffin Technical College, School of Real Estate and after obtaining her real estate license joined the Coldwell Banker Bullard team. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the Metro South Association of Realtors. She lists and sells residential, commercial and farm properties in Butts, Henry, Lamar, Monroe and Pike counties. In May 2008 Thacker was top sales agent for the Coldwell Banker Bullard office in Jackson and in June, 2008 she was second in sales for that office.
Al Cook was No.2 and Louann Harris was No. 3.

Tammi Lamb
Tammi Lamb has been named July Individual Agent Leader for Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s McDonough/Henry County office. This is the third time she has received this honor in 2010. Lamb, who has been in real estate since 2003, joined Coldwell Banker Bullard over three years ago. A specialist in the foreclosure marketing area, she holds the RePro and CREO designations, and she earned the Bullard Certificate of Merit in 2005 and 2006. For 2008 she earned membership in Circle of Excellence and earned membership in the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society. A Henry County resident since 1978, she is married with three children.
Shelly Lasseter ranked No. 2, and Brian O’Neal was No. 3.
