IN COLDWELL BANKER’S RANKINGS FOR 4TH QUARTER 2010
Several current individual agents with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty have placed at or near the top in Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation quarterly rankings for residential affiliates. The latest rankings were for 4th Quarter 2010.
Those representatives from the Bullard organization placing in the Top 10 in state of Georgia rankings were as follows:
Total Units (Individual) – Cynthia Brown, Jonesboro/Clayton County office, No. 1; Michelle Munda, Jonesboro/Clayton County office, No. 2.
Listing Units (Individual) – Cynthia Brown, Jonesboro/Clayton County office, No. 1; Michelle Munda, Jonesboro/Clayton office, No. 2; Tammi Lamb, McDonough/Henry County office, No. 6; Steven Dickens, Newnan/Coweta County office, No. 7.
Selling Units (Individual) – Brian O’Neal, McDonough/Henry County office, No. 4; Stephanie Lasseter, McDonough/Henry County office, No. 7.
Adjusted Gross Commission Income (Individual) – Cynthia Brown, Jonesboro/Clayton County office, No. 3.
In addition, two Bullard offices placed in the Top 10 in Listing Units among offices in Coldwell Banker’s Southern region. The McDonough/Henry County office was No. 7 in the category for offices with 51 to 100 sales associates, and the Jonesboro/Clayton County office was No. 3 in the category for offices with 36 to 50 sales associates.
The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard (http://cbbullard.com) has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The organization now has offices in McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, Newnan, and Barnesville, and a separate but affiliated company, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers and McDonough.
